How should I activate my profile?

I have lost my activation mail.

Check whether your spam filter is blocking the e-mail. The sender of these mails is always noreply@myworkandme.com.

If you have provided a personal e-mail address such as Telenet or Hotmail, the best thing is to add the domain @myworkandme.com to your trusted senders.

Click here to receive a new activation e-mail and enter the e-mail address that your employer provided when your profile was created (this is the e-mail address the original activation e-mail was sent to). An e-mail with a new activation link will be sent to this e-mail address.

How should I activate my profile?

A. You have received an activation mail

You activate your profile in three easy steps:

  • Click on the link in the activation mail. You will be directed to the myworkandme activation screen.
  • Enter an email address (or user name), select a new password and accept the privacy statement.
  • Click on 'Activate your profile'.

If you have entered the same email address in the activation screen as the email address at which you received the activation mail or if you have opted for a user name, you can log on directly. If you have entered a different email address, you must first confirm this email address. The email with the confirmation link can be found in your mailbox. Click the link in this e-mail.

B. You have received an activation mail, but you want to activate via the codes on your payslip documents

  • Go to www.myworkandme.com/activate and register with the details (activation code, employer number, employee number) printed on your payslip.
  • Enter an email address (or user name), select a new password and accept the privacy statement.
  • Click on 'Activate your profile'.

You first have to confirm your email address before you can log on. The email with the confirmation link can be found in your mailbox. Click the link in this e-mail.

I cannot find the “confirm e-mail address” mail in my mailbox.

Can you not find the e-mail? Log in via the e-mail address via which you received the activation mail. Then go to “Change profile” via the link in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Check whether a typing error has crept into your e-mail address and/or click “Resend confirmation e-mail” to receive the e-mail again. 
 

Activating my profile failed. What now?

It's possible that the activation link is no longer valid. Maybe you used it before and your profile is already activated. Or maybe you created a password on your profile page already. In both cases, you can log in to myworkandme.

Forgotten your password? Click here and create a new password.

Maybe the activation period has expired. Click here to receive a new activation e-mail and enter the e-mail address that your employer provided when your profile was created (this is the e-mail address the original activation e-mail was sent to). An e-mail with a new activation link will be sent to this e-mail address.

I have received a user name and password from my employer. Why do I have to choose a new user name and a new password in the activation screen?

You will find it easier to remember your log in details if you have chosen these yourself.

Why do I have to enter my e-mail address?

We advise you to enter at least one e-mail address so we can send your mails from myworkandme. You can then also use this address to log in. Your e-mail address will never be used for commercial purposes (more on this in our privacy policy) and will not be passed to your employer.

The best thing if possible is to enter both your personal and your professional e-mail address. You can continue to log in with your personal e-mail address even after you start a new job.

I have no e-mail address. What now?

You can create a user name via the activation screen (via the link “Click here to create a user name”).

Why is it best to enter a personal e-mail address in myworkandme?

We advise you to enter both your personal and your business e-mail address. You can continue to log in with your personal e-mail address even after you start a new job. This is important as you can continue consulting some myworkandme applications even after you have started your new job.

I have entered an e-mail address but I cannot log in with this.

Your e-mail address has probably not yet been confirmed. You will find an e-mail with a confirmation link in your mailbox. Your e-mail address will be confirmed as soon as you click this link and you can then log in to myworkandme.

The password that I have chosen has not been accepted.

A good password meets the following conditions: 

  • At least 8 characters
  • Maximum 25 characters
  • Contain only characters from at least 3 of the following categories:
    • Uppercase (A-Z) letters
    • Lowercase (a-z) letters
    • Digits 0-9
    • Special characters? , . ; : ! ‘ “ – + * / = < > () []
  • Be different from username

The user name that I have chosen has not been accepted.

A good user name meets the following conditions:

  • at least 5 characters;
  • maximum 50 characters;
  • no spaces;
  • only letters (a-z, A-Z) and numerals or specific characters (.+_-/).

What exactly does the privacy statement involve?

In the privacy statement you can read how SD Worx protects, uses and processes your personal data in myworkandme. You also find out who to contact to view, update, or remove your personal data. The document also refers to the use of cookies and Google Analytics, describes how users register on the site, and how access to the site is protected.

What can I do if I do not agree with the privacy statement?

If you don't agree with the SD Worx privacy statement, you cannot access myworkandme. In this case, contact your employer to find a solution.
